Features Soft and comfortable driving jacket and pants for auto racing. Three layer Premium FRC filament with box quilt stitch design and Nomex® thread construction. Double stitched epaulettes for added strength in the event an emergency extraction is required. 100% soft knit Nomex® 180° shoulder gussets that increase flexibility and airflow. Wrap around Velcro collar. Nomex® wrist cuffs. Expandable rear waistband. Concealed front pockets. Wide heavy duty Velcro® belt. Boot Cut - Looks like a standard leg with the Nomex cuff hidden inside. Nomex lined brass YKK® zippers. Zips up front with Velcro® neck closure. Genuine SFI® 3.2A/5 Certification crest. The SFI certification of the PROFOX-5 one and two piece auto racing suit is 3.2A/5. The minimum TPP (Thermal Protection Performance) requirement to reach the SFI 3.2A/5 rating is 19. The PROFOX-5 has a TPP of 27.1. This gives you a little extra time in the event of a fire to escape without injury.
