When will my order be shipped?

Most products ship the same or next business day after payment clears.

Expect delivery within 4-5 business days via regular ground shipping after your order is placed. We do not guarantee an exact delivery date for ground shipping.

The exact delivery date is scheduled by the carriers, either USPS, UPS or FedEx.
If an extraordinary delay occurs we will make every effort to email or call you.

New orders are monitored hourly 7 days a week and shipped the same or next business day.

Express Overnight, 2Day and 3Day Air are options you can choose in the shopping cart. Express Standard Overnight is not available for all areas.

How can I exchange an item?

Warranty: 20 Day exchange promise. You can exchange your item(s) within 20 days after receipt of your purchase. Item(s) must be unused and in the state you received it (other than trying the item on) including any packaging materials. We cover return shipping on all exchanges. Shipping to us must be covered by you.

Exchanges must include a copy of the original invoice (included in shipment).

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 20 days after receipt of your purchase. Item(s) must be unused and in the state you received it (other than trying the item on) including any packaging materials. A refund will be made only on the item(s) price only. THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

Returns of non-defective products after 20 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns must include a copy of the original invoice (included in shipment).

Can I hem the pants on my suit?

Yes, you can hem the pants without jeopardizing the fire retardant nature of the race suit. The right length pants will add to the longevity of your suit by preventing the hem from fraying.

PROFOX does not offer tailor services.
However, we do have Dupont Nomex Thread available for purchase.

How do I properly care for my race suit?

Proper care will extend the life of your racing suit.
You can extend the life of your racing suit by wearing it only during race times.
Never wear the suit when working on your car as to avoid exposure to flammable or corrosive fluids.

Machine Washing Instructions:
1. Fasten your Velcro belt and use a safety pin to keep it closed
(Not doing this could harm your suit).
2. Turn inside out and place in a netted, nylon bag to reduce seam stress during agitation.
3. Machine wash using the delicate cycle in cold water.
4. Use a mild detergent like Woolite® Dark Laundry (Use moderate amount of detergent).
5. Do Not use bleach or detergents containing bleach.
6. Suits can be machine dried or dripped dried (not in direct sunlight).
    Multi-layer suits should be machined dried to ensure your suit is completely dry.
7. Do Not iron.

Using Starch, fabric softener, and other laundry additives can coat the fiber and mask flame resistant performance. They may also serve as fuel in case of combustion. Their use is not recommended. If you wish, one softener sheet may be used in the clothes dryer. Liquid softeners should not be used. A build-up of fabric softener on the fabric decreases wickability that reduces comfort.

Hint: Febreze® can help with strong suit smell.

We recommend Pre-treat oily, greasy stains and collar and cuff lines with products like "Shout" or "Spray 'N Wash".

We recommend machine washing over dry cleaning. Machine washing is a more effective cleaning process removing the water soluble soils (sweat, etc.).
